Hull Dermatology and Aesthetics - Rogers

Kendall received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville in 2009 and her Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Harding University in 2011. She performed her preceptorship rotations with Cheryl A. Hull, M.D. of Hull Dermatology in Rogers and officially joined the practice in 2012.  In early 2013 Kendall was awarded Diplomate status by the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, for her special knowledge of and advanced training in the specialty of dermatology.

Susie received her nursing degree from Harding University in 1993 and has been in the aesthetic industry since 1996.  Susie joined Hull Dermatology in 2009 and helped develop the aesthetic side of the practice into Hull Aesthetics, PLLC.  As an aesthetic nurse and nurse injector, Susie has received numerous professional accolades, including being selected to serve by healthcare giant, Allergan, Inc., as an Allergan Medical Insitute Faculty member and trainer, and by dermatology specialist, Galderma, to serve as a Sculptra, Dysport and Restylane trainer.  In 2011, Susie started her own consulting and training business, Aesthetic Secrets, LLC.  She uses her 20+ years of experience in the aesthetic industry to train advanced injection techniques and treatments to other health care professionals across the country.

Millie received her education from Arkansas State University and the Har-Ber School of Nursing, and joined Hull Dermatology in 2009. She has received extensive training and is certified in laser treatments and procedures. She strives to always be current on what’s new in the world of laser therapy, aesthetic products and treatments. Furthering her education in this regard is very important to her.

Hezell is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician and a Licensed Massage Therapist with over seven years of progressive experience. For over two years, Hezell attended one of the most prestigious universities in Colombia. After moving to Arkansas, she went to a community college for three years before deciding to obtain her license as a massage therapist. Originally from Colombia, a leader in the South American beauty industry, she has a tremendous passion to learn everything related to the medical beauty industry. She travels to Colombia annually, using her trip as an opportunity to learn about the latest advances in the medical aesthetic industry, as well as new and innovative beauty treatments.

Kim is a Licensed Aesthetician and Registered Medical Assistant who joined Hull Aesthetics in 2014.  She brings to our patients over 20 years in the medical field and 10 years in aesthetics, and has been a wonderful addition to our already stellar team. A strong desire to help people achieve health and happiness led Kim to pursue specialization in medical aesthetics.  She has undergone extensive training in many areas of skin care, and brings expertise in procedures like body wraps, microdermabrasion, waxing, chemical peels and laser treatment as well.

Kelley has been a Board Certified Aesthetician since 2014. She credits her mother as the source of her life-long interest in the beauty industry, adding that her mother taught her how and why to take care of her skin from a very early age. Her mother’s inspirational advice developed into a passion that was enforced by her love of helping people. Combining her two interests led her to the field of Aesthetics and she feels very blessed to be able to help people with their skin needs.

Gail joined Hull Aesthetics in September, 2016. She has been a massage therapist since 2002 and her specialties include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Relaxation, Hot Stone, and Prenatal massage. She is committed to ensuring her patients receive a professional, therapeutic experience allowing them to enjoy the many benefits of regular massage. Gail is also our body contouring specialist, providing treatments that include CoolSculpting, BTL Vanquish, BTL Cellutone, and Bioslimming Body Wraps. She completed the CoolSculpting University Training Program in October, 2017. She has had extensive training in body contouring with CoolSculpting, BTL Vanquish, and BTL Cellutone.

Alex holds both a degree in Nursing and a BA in Psychology from Missouri Southern State University. As a social worker for a hospital in Neosho, Missouri, Alex developed a passion for caregiving in a medical setting. In 2007, she graduated with an ADN in Nursing from Crowder College and, in the same year, she began her Nursing career as ICU nurse at Freeman Hospital in Neosho.  From 2010-2011, she worked at Northwest Health in Bentonville, Arkansas on the cardiac stepdown unit and continued her career working with cardiovascular patients from 2011-2018 in the Cardiac Rehab facility. Alex’s extensive background in the medical field, as well as her desire to help her patients feel better on the inside and out, led her to begin a new career as a nurse injector with Hull Aesthetics.

Erika grew up having a passion for the beauty industry and a desire to always help others feel beautiful! She started her career as a makeup artist in NWA, and in 2009, she decided to begin school to become a Licensed Aesthetician. Helping patients design their own personalized skincare plan is Erika’s speciality. She is attentive to patient’s needs and seeks to find the right treatment to achieve great results. Her knowledge in skin wellness and medical-grade skincare products and treatments help her find effective solutions for every unique concern or skin type. Some of Erika’s favorite things are creating customized skincare plans, performing facials, shaping brows, and doing medical grade chemical peels like the VI Peel! Apart from Erika’s skincare knowledge, she has a passion for helping people look and feel their best! She is 100% dedicated to her patients and prides herself on providing excellent care!
