Megan joined the DermFx team in 2016 as the Director of Marketing and takes pride in her efforts towards business strategy, branding, social media and customer care. She also enjoys managing and overseeing events, website and app development and advertising campaigns. In 2011, Megan graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a BA in both Journalism and Communication Studies. Born and raised in Southern California, she has a passion for the outdoors and fitness. When Megan isn't chasing the latest aesthetic trends, she's cooking, spending time with her family or at the beach. What are your favorite treatments? Gucci stilettos, but I'm usually in sandals because we live by the beach!

Lauren Rodriguez graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso with a BA in the Science of Nursing in 2012. Lauren began her career in the Trauma Intensive Care Unit in Texas and continues to work in a medical ICU in Torrance, California. Soon after she began her career the aesthetic world of nursing. She has a passion for people and helping them to feel great about themselves from the inside out. She loves using her skills to help her patients achieve their aesthetic goals while still maintaining a natural look.

Caitlin is an aesthetic nurse specialist with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Arizona State University. She is well trained in various injectable and laser treatments. She keeps up-to-date on the latest products and advancements in the aesthetic field. Having worked over 10 years in the service industry, Caitlin provides excellent patient care along with a gentle touch and a great eye for detail. When she is not at Dermfx, she enjoys doing aerial yoga and relaxing with her cats.
