A: Yes!! I like Ellacor exactly for issues like this. I like Morpheus RF microneedling also and have had patients alternate between the two treatments. Morpheus does take about 7 months to get full effect and depending on your age, both Ellacor and Morpheus need more than one treatment. Ellacor was approved with 2-3 treatments for the effects the FDA approved it for. Best Wishes!!
A: Let the steroid effect pass and redo your scar areas that you don't like. Use Brjjjt scar support or tape therapy to keep your incisions with limited tension while they are healing. Best Wishes!!
A: Well hooray you- nice work! From what I can see, I would recommend the following: 1. Tummy tuck and liposuction of your torso 2. Add some of the liposuctioned fat to your buttocks and hips. 3. Wait a few months and you'll see that your arms will sag even more 4. An arm lift may be necessary for the loose skin in the upper arm 5. Any residual loose skin may need non-surgical skin tightening with devices such as Morpheus or Ellacor If you can't find a board certified plastic surgeon in your area, then call our office 847-853-9900 and consider an in-person visit at some point. Best Wishes!!
A: I would liposuction this! Contours like this after a larger surgery are always possible so liposuction should be able to even out the final outcome and even add some definition to your torso. Best Wishes!!
A: I am going to assume your breast implant is under the muscle and you are right handed and with that, your chest exercises are pushing your breast implant down and to the side with the right arm pushing stronger than the left. The implant is likely starting to drift to where your nerves are and that is causing your pain after exercise. For now, I would wear a very good push up bra and add some padding to encourage the implant to stay higher and off the nerve. If that doesn't solve the issue, return to your surgeon and have the surgeon check to see if your implant is in good position even when you raise your arms. If your implant is coming out from under the muscle, I recommend surgery to tighten up the pocket and I personally would add mesh (such as Galaflex) to support the implant. If all else fails, call our 847-853-9900 and we'll figure this out. Best Wishes!!
