I am now able to wear grey t-shirts and colorful hoodies without the fear of sweat marks

In October I got the MiraDry treatment under my arms. It is now March and genuinely my life has changed. Every outfit I wore was dictated by my sweating. I am now able to wear grey t-shirts and colorful hoodies without the fear of sweat marks. I definitely recommend this procedure for anyone that struggles with sweating.

Very happy with the outcome of my procedure and the entire process

Dr. Casas was amazing! I’m very happy with the outcome of my procedure and the entire process. She answered all my questions without hesitation, met with me several times before surgery, made sure we had the same expectations, and eased my anxiety. I highly recommend.

Tummy tuck without general anesthesia, 3 months post-op loving my results

Dr. Casas and her team were amazing! At every step of the way I felt in excellent hands. As a medical provider myself I had fears regarding the risks with general anesthesia and struggled with undergoing an elective cosmetic surgery and potentially dying and leaving my family behind. Dr. Casas calmed my nerves. Dr. Casas has been doing tummy tucks with liposuction with oral sedation and...

The results are better than I could have imagined

Dr. Casas will make sure that you get the best results. Labiaplasty is no joke so I would only get it if it’s significantly impacting your well-being. But if you want to get it done right, go to Casas. She’ll get you on a proper regimen before hand and give you lots to do after, like vitamins and lymph drainage and meticulous wound care. You can trust her, but you need to be ready to fol...

Q: Is it not necessary to wear a binder after a tummy tuck?
Answered by Dr. CasasApril 22, 2024

A: Great question. Every Plastic Surgeon has their protocal that best helps their patients. I typically only use compression garments immediately after surgery and then patients continue to use them only during the day for the first 1-2 weeks. Occasionally, patients will say that the garment helps to reduce swelling when they resume exercising at 2-3 weeks post tummy tuck. Binders and other compression garments only help post procedure swelling but typically do not change the result. Open times the garment might cause skin irritation. It is always best To discuss these questions with your Plastic Surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery

Q: Candidate for a neck lift? (Photo)
Answered by Dr. CasasApril 22, 2024

A: The best way to evaluate your neck and eyelids is with an in person evaluation with a Plastic Surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. I typically treat the small amount of extra skin of your neck with Nonsurgical skin tightening options. I typically recommend a combination of topical skin care regimens and treatments with devices like Ultherapy and Sofwave for skin tightening . Your extra eyelid skin can often successfully be treated with a combination of effective topical skin care regimens, neurotoxins to maintain your brow position and skin tightening with Sofwave. Surgical options are also available if needed to achieve your desired result. Good luck

Q: My breasts are extremely uneven, what procedure is best for this? (Photo)
Answered by Dr. CasasApril 22, 2024

A: Great question. If your weight is stable and you are not 100% sure you want to have a breast enlargement with implants, I would recommend a breast reduction on the larger breast so that you have even breasts in terms of size, nipple position and shape. That will allow you to decide if the breast size is what you want. You can always choose to enlarge both breasts. Hope this helps

Q: Can beta blockers be taken before lipo to prevent tachycardia?
Answered by Dr. CasasApril 13, 2024

A: Great question. Typically your Plastic Surgeon (PS)certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, will discuss the safe amount of epinephrine to be used with the anesthesia provider. If you have a sensitivity to epinephrine, It is important to review this with your PS, your primary care physician and the anesthesiologist. After they confer your primary care doctor should advise whether a beta blocker should be taken preventatively. Hope that helps.

Q: Neck lift or liposuction - Which procedure would be more effective at delivering a sharper, tighter neck and jaw line? (photos)
Answered by Dr. CasasApril 8, 2024

A: Great question? Because of your beard, I cannot see your neck below your jawline because of your beard. I also cannot see neck skin to see whether you have elastic skin or lax skin or extra skin that requires repositioning, that is, surgery. Be sure to review these issues with your board certified Plastic Surgeon. Good luck!
