Daxxify - frozen and more lifted appearance that would last at least 6 months

Hi ladies. I just had my first Daxxify injection treatment. Areas of treatment: forehead, glabellar, chin, perioral, crows feet, platysma. The charge is not per unit, it's per area. However, from my estimation, if it was per unit it would be around $25. So it's twice what the botox costs. I have to mention that the pain level is three times higher than from a botox injection. It really stings...

Excellent study center. Dr Cox and study staff are very efficient and follow all procedures by the book. There is minimal waiting in the office and it is easy to schedule appointments. All staff are warm and welcoming.

Everything was efficient and very professional

I had a wonderful experience. Everything was efficient and very professional. The study was explained thoroughly. All of the steps were explained as we went along as well as at the beginning. The results that were expected exceeded my expectations.

Excellent Botox Brow Lift!

I have tried several injectors from doctors to nurses. All qualified but no one can do a botox lift for me as Dr. Cox can. So pleased with my results. Also tried temple filler and it made such a difference. Office staff is very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Aesthetic Solutions.

Q: Do facial fillers stretch out skin and cause sagging? Do they ever fully dissolve?
Answered by Dr. CoxMay 28, 2020

A: Hello and thank you for your question! Fillers do not cause stretching of the skin. I recommend using a HA (hyaluronic acid) filler that can be dissolved. Improper placement of fillers in certain areas could cause migration. This is commonly observed around the eyes. If you are interested in facial fillers, I would recommend seeking out a board certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon.

Q: How long should I wait after my Cellfina procedure to have my Emsculpt sessions done on my butt?
Answered by Dr. CoxFebruary 12, 2020

A: Hello and thank you for your question! I recommend my patients wait one month post Cellfina to begin Emsculpt treatments to the buttocks. We want to make sure that most of your swelling and soreness have resolved before beginning the treatment. The supramaximal contractions of Emsculpt could be more painful if you still have a lot of residual soreness and bruising from Cellfina. Hope this helps!

Q: Will microneedling help soften scar tissue on my nose tip?
Answered by Dr. CoxFebruary 7, 2020

A: Thanks for your question! Generally speaking, microneedling is an effective way to minimize the appearance of surgical scarring. There are many other treatments, like the Fraxel laser, that may be a better fit for your concern. I would recommend seeking out a board-certified dermatologist, or reaching out to your original surgeon, for an in-person evaluation.

Q: Can I get a lip flip with Botox if I have a UTI?
Answered by Dr. CoxFebruary 7, 2020

A: Hello! It would be best to wait until your infection has been treated to receive any cosmetic procedure.

Q: How do I fix a deep indentation from Kybella or exilis? (Photo)
Answered by Dr. CoxMarch 15, 2018

A: Kybella is deoxycholic acid, a naturally occurring substance which permanently dissolves fat cells. Used properly, it's an effective treatment for localized fat.  Swelling after treatment is normal and will dissipate on its own, though it may last some time.  While an oral steroid may be used to treat generalized swelling, an injected steroid may cause atrophy of the injected area.  Filler is the first line of treatment to correct the depression.  I would strongly encourage you to seek out a board certified dermatologist for your subsequent treatment.
