    Patient presented with 4 missing teeth in the front, due to fractures. Dr. Sarah Thompson removed the roots of the fractured teeth and gave patient a smile design, by perfectly matching the four front teeth with the rest of patient's teeth. When looking at this patient, you can't see where any teeth were replaced.
