    31 y/o female, mother of 2, had breast augmentation with saline implants 10 yrs ago, by another surgeon. Underwent mini tummy tuck with liposuction of the flanks, and exchange of implants for 425cc round silicone, with revision breast capsulectomies for symmetry.
