Eyelid Refresh - Blepharoplasty, Ptosis Repair and Erbium:YAG Fully Resurfacing

53-year-old female with a history of previous full facial rejuvination surgery, who felt her eyes looked tired. Aside from some excess skin of her upper eyelids, her eyelids fell too low on top of her pupils (ptosis) and she had some loss of skin elasticity around her eyes. Comprehensive eyelid surgery was performed in office, under local anesthesia, including upper blepharoplasty, internal ptosis repair and fully ablative (TRL) Erbium:YAG laser resurfacing.
