Scarless Lower Bleph (Eyelid Lift) with Fat Transfer and CO2 Laser Resurfacing

This beautiful 31-year-old female struggled with lower lid bags that were worsening with age. A transconjunctival (Scarless) lower lid blepharoplasty was performed to reduce the bags. Finesse multi-level fat transfer was performed to create mid-facial and lower lid contours. Fractional CO2 laser resurfacing was performed to tighten and rejuvenate the skin around the eyes.
