Full face chemical peel and neck liposuction

    This is a 68 year old woman who wanted cosmetic improvement of her lower eyelids and face.  She was reluctant to have a general anesthesia and was looking for the least invasive options to improve her appearance.  She had a full face chemical peel and a lower face and neck liposuction.  These procedures were very comfortably performed in the office under local anesthesia.
