Abdominoplasty with flank liposuction, Breast Augmentation

This is a 44 year old woman who had 2 children, both delivered via C- section. She developed loss of abdominal wall tone, with mild excess of skin and fat, as well as some droopiness of the breasts. A tummy tuck with liposuction of the hips was performed, as was breast augmentation with moderate profile silicone gel 397 cc implants, placed through an inframammary incision (crease below the breasts). She is seen 4 months after surgery with a remarkable transformation of the breasts and abdomen.
