Retin A gave me wrinkles under my eye and cheek area. I am 30 years old. I used prescription retin A for my under eye area for a few weeks, now I am left w/ little thin wirnkles under my eye and cheek area. How can I make this better? I asked a dermatologist, and they just told me that it would go away because my skin would just peel, but it has been over a year, it has only gotten worse. Should I do micro dermabrasion? I have genetically thin skin, but not so thin that I can't have treatments
I thought a microdermabrasion system might help. After that I applied cream, but it made me break out with tiny white bumps underneath my eyes. When I smiled or laughed ( which as a sales person I have force daily), lines formed around the bumps and stayed there. Like a domino effect- now I have 2 parallel lines that formed around them. I get so sad when I smile or laugh and feel the lines creasing above my cheeks. I know to apply sunscreen, exercise every day, use less adderall, and sleep on my back.
