I had gynecomastia surgery (incision through nipple) in April 2016 at Coramed in Poland as well as liposuction on stomach. 3 years later I am unhappy with the results as it feels like the surgeon removed too much tissue from underneath and there are pockets of underneath my armpits (see pics). Also my right nipple still feels sore when squeezed. I am seeking advice from surgeons as to if it is worth going through another surgery to correct this or just accept that I am stuck with this result.
3 days after lipo and excision for gynecomastia and I am wearing a large compression vest which is working to keep my swelling down on my chest but it seems to have pushed the swelling to my arm pits and now my ability to move my arms has reduced.
I agreed with surgeon before the operation to remove both glands and fatty tissues, but after one day from my surgery and during check I found only one incision a little bit far in the direction of my armpit. Is it feasible to VSER liposuction to melt the gland completely? What do you recommend to tell my surgeon about this issue frankly? Is it feasible to do another surgery to remove the whole gland remaining tissues? And after what time? Thanks
I had consulted with a PS and he recommended an in-facilities process (out patient) where an tube will be inserted from under the armpits and the process completed. My understanding is that I have mostly fat tissues and probably some tissue too.
I am a middle aged man (52); in good shape. My chest has gotten fatter and the skin wraps in a downward fashion (sags). I can also grab the skin/fat? below the armpit area which is extensive. It is as though I need a male breast lift. Is there such a thing? I don't feel anything behind my nipple but that area has gotten fatter too - could is by gynecomastia? Is this a combination of gynecomastia and sagging skin form age? I have never been fat. Can I tighten it through a procedure? Thank you.
Currently a 46R - the combination of broad shoulders and a large chest (certainly not all muscle!) it is difficult to shop for clothes. Judging by the photo, i'm curious if a reduction in jacket size may result from gynecomastia surgery (gland excision and lipo of the chest and near armpit region to the sides of the chest).
