I have tried buccal fat removal and removed all of it and it did help slim the mid area of my face, but my lower cheeks are still big. I tried jaw botox already too for a year and had 4 rounds with 30 units on each side each round and nothing has changed. What other procedures can I do to get rid of the bulge? also I am not interested in jaw shaving.
Im a 27 year old female who is thinner than average but Ive always been told that I have a heavier and puffier lower face. I dont think Im a good candidate for massetter Botox as I dont have a very strong jawline. Id like to have a more defined and angular front profile that would balance out my face and give me a more v-shape. What can I do to achieve those results?
I am wondering if I am a good candidate for liposuction to my jawline, lower face, and neck area to create a youthful shape and address the jowls around my mouth by removing the fat that is pulling down in the lower check area. May concern is that this could narrow my face too much and make my appearance look older (I am currently 24). Because of my age, I've been told that a facelift would not be a good solution but some liposuction instead. What are your thoughts?
Ive been evaluated for buccal fat removal and I was told I dont need it. I feel like my face shape is oval but appears to be fuller on the bottom portion of it. How can this be removed/fixed? Also do I have jowls (check front - car picture) or is that from having heavy cheeks
Specifically subcutaneous fat near mouth and lower face above jawline (including below where buccal fat is concentrated). Is lower facial lipo (traditional, no laser/heat/ultrasound) dangerous or risky?
I would like a sharper jawline and removal of double chin (see second picture for what I'd like my jawline and neck to look like). I'm 32 years old and have good skin elasticity so wondering if liposuction would be a better alternative to a lower face lift. However, I am concerned that the extra fat along my jawline and under my chin may be under the muscle. Your advice on the best procedure would be greatly appreciated!
I would like to reduce the size of my lower cheeks, which bulge somewhat, especially when smiling. - I've been recommended buccal fat removal and lipo. Which seems more promising/are there other options? - I definitely want to avoid lumps and unevenness from the procedure. Is this a major risk? - It would be a bonus if reducing the lower cheek could make my upper cheeks better defined, and address preexisting lumpiness around the chin. Are these feasible goals? Thanks!
I am 35 and have a chubby lower cheeks/face. Also my side profile shows a double chin. how can I fix my chubby face? Or what can I do to make my face better defined . You can see I have no jaw line. Can you get liposuction in your cheeks?
I had Liposuction in lower face few days ago and 40 ccs of fat was removed. My face looks very slim right after but swelling and firmness sets in the next day. Surgeon didn't recommend compressive garments to help shape the face. When I smile my dimples are gone and also one side of my smile cuts deeply into tissues, forming a marionette line. I'm alittle worried, is my smile this way because of swelling/loose skin and are my pretty dimples lost forever? Will face feel hard forever? Thanks!
