Hello, I am wanting to get kybella done but had concerns of the side effects. i know bruising is possible, but ive seen disclored skin in the paitent that lasted a while. How plauisble is this situation? While ive seen it mostley done for jowels and the chin, i have heard it can be used for the cheeks area? Thoughts on this area? Thank you
I had 2 vials injected under my chin, it started working very fast. Within a week my double chin was gone, however, it appears the Kybella manifested its way up my cheeks and my entire lower face is much smaller. My face also went from a round face to a V shape face. My chin is now v shape. It ate away all the volume in my face all in a matter of 22 days! My face stings! Help! How do you get Kybella to stop eating away at my fat!
On the side where i'm pulling my skin towards the back of my ear you can see my jaw structure, BUT on the other side my skin looks droopy. I previously got TMJ Jaw Botox for the past two years and i noticed that area starting to look like that after my Jaw started reducing in size. Someone recommended Kybella in that area because she thinks my cheek definition is good, but I can't find anything on injecting Kybella in there.. How can I REMOVE that area that I am pointing to in the picture?
I know Kybella's use for cheeks is off-label but I've seen some amazing results. The swelling after can be quite intense. I know compression is recommended for chin but would it be for cheeks? Or could this possibly push kybella into other areas? Thanks for any info!
Trying to figure out the best approach to deal with excess neck fat/wattle, seems like it is pulling my whole face down! Is it neck Kybella, necklift? Also, I'm interested in facial fat transfer for aging the in face (sunken eye orbits, cheek volume loss). My mom has a turkey wattle, and after having kids/gaining and losing weight, I'm headed there too! I look obese in pictures due to neck. Also, would a chin implant help? Thank you!
I'm in my 60's, always had chubby cheeks even though I've always been thin. Now in my sixties, I am lucky to not have so many wrinkles, but sagging jowls, I have. Two doctors have told me it's fat and if I get 3 treatments of Kybella on jowls, my jowls will disappear, they say it's just fat weighing my jowls down... Is this true? My fear is it will dissolve the fat, but leave loose skin hanging there.
I have hypothyroidism and had Graves Disease as a child. I took radioactive iodine about 25 years ago to shrink the thyroid and have been under active since then taking the hormone levothyroxine regularly to balance it out. Am I a good candidate still for Kybella treatments in the body and possibly chin/cheeks?
I have a lot of fat in my lower cheeks/jowls that is very visible from the front, as it just kinda sticks out and hides my jawline. I feel like it gives my face a droopy shape while it makes me look older, tired and like I weigh more than I actually do. Are there any non-surgical options to change this appearance? I've read about fat burner injections like Prostrolane and Belkyra; Could those be a possibility, or should I rather look into fillers or thread lifts?
I am a 26 year old female with a round face (pics attached) I was thinking of getting kybella in conjunction with jaw slimming botox in order to improve my face shape. Is this the best route? I have a good amount of cheek fat and slight fat in the chin area. I also can feel the muscle in my jaw protrude when I grind my teeth together.
