i had .5 ml of Juvederm Ultra xc injected out 6 days ago. I just noticed that when I rub my lips together I can see a line that pops out, on top of my upper lip. Is this something I should be worried about? The filler looks great and feels fine, but on the side with the line that pops out, it does feel a lot more firm. I have had zero pain with he injections, and zero bruising. Everything has been perfect I'm just concerned about this weird line.
I had Juvederm XC injected 8 days ago. My upper lip has resolved all swelling and bruising but my bottom lip has a hard swollen lip line that turns white when I smile. It is uncomfortable to purse my lips and I am worried I was overfilled. Injector said to wait the full 2 weeks but I am nervous since my top lip seems fine.
About out a week and a half ago I got Juvaderm Volbella . The first time I got it (year ago) my lips turned darker around 2 weeks later but I was on a antibiotic that had that side effect for people with dark skin so we ruled out the fillers. However this time the same thing happened. There is no pain just bad discoloration that looks brownish/purple maybe? I was on vacation recently but used sunblock on my lips. Will this go away? It looks terrible. p.s. my lips bf were normal pink, no brown.
Hello, I got lip filler for the first time 8 days ago and I am not seeing any difference. 1 ml of juvederm Volift was used on me. My lips are still slightly bruised amd tender when I press them together. Also, I am seeing an M like shadow or like ontop of my lip. Why could this have occured? Thankyou in advance
Hello,I had Juvederm lip filler (1 syringe) exactly 6 days ago and I have developed 2 lumps. I went in today to follow up on it and they recommended for me to wait another week to see if it goes away. The RN told me to massage the area to help it. When I did, I noticed I have more lumps now after massaging my lips! Im really nervous and freaked out I may have worsened it. Will the lumps go away? I should have never touched them. If I wear lipstick its more noticeable
Its been a week since I got lip fillers (juvederm). I have no history of herpes/coldsores as i was informed fillers can cause flare ups. I visited the injector yesterday so she could check things out and she said it looks fine and to keep a hot compress on and off it. Its making me a little self conscious as it is visible. Im also still just a little nervous that it could be something more serious and just want to get some other opinions.. Thanks!
Top lip on right side looks filled above to line uneven and crooked kinda curled up and uneven is it normal or did I not take care of it good i did eat right after getting fillers and the next day my son kinda bumped me on that side of my lip.
On the 4th day after my Juvederm injections for my lips, there appeared a rash and some small blisters on the skin above my upper lip. Two of the little blisters appeared very near where the Juvederm was injected. On the phone the Doc said it was Herpes and prescribed an anti viral oral med. The rash is almost gone, but still stings quite a bit if I don't use Neosporin with pain relief. It's been 6 days since the rash....will this stinging pain EVER go away? I can't enjoy my great new lips!!
