Hi, 47 year old female with no previous facial surgeries. Over the last 18months my nose cartridge has slowly been moving to the right side, giving that side a bulbous appearance and a line/ridge appearing from thr front. What kind of surgery would fix this issue?

Answer

I have a pretty round nose tip and a long columella. I have pretty thick skin from my understanding and I was looking to get a simple procedure done ideally mostly to the tip. I do have flaws in my bridge but I want to keep them since Im looking for something subtle. My goal here would be changing the shape of the tip to something pointer and less round and shortening the hanging part. Im not really looking to make it any smaller outside of that. Is that a realistic goal ?

Answer

I'm 26 years old. And I'm uncomfortable with the way my tip looking, when I smile it gets wider and from the side droppy. But my tip ifof nose is slightly thick skin and also every morning my nose swollen, and my question is if iI can get the exact look like at the picture.

Hello doctors, I've attached several photos and would appreciate your professional opinion. I'm trying to understand whether my butt actually has ptosis (sagging), or if the issue is simply a lack of upper and side pole fullness or projection. I hv some questions: -Would you consider my butt to be sagging, or is it primarily a volume deficiency? -What procedure would you recommend to achieve a natural result? -I don't want a large or exaggerated butt. My goal is simply to restore balance, fill any hollow areas if needed, and create a subtle, natural hourglass shape that matches my body proportions. Would fat grafting alone be sufficient, or would another procedure be more appropriate? If surgery isn't necessary, would you recommend non-surgical treatments or targeted glute exercises instead? I'd really appreciate an honest, objective assessment based on the photos. Thank you for your time.

I’ve looked at thousands of before and after. Sometimes results are… less than ideal, even from the same surgeon who has photos of cases of amazing transformations. What are the major factors that will affect final reaults? Age/skin elasticity, I suppose. Does it look like I can expect great results even without implants? I really don’t want implants. But I also want a nice round shape. Is it a realistic expectation?

Answer

My breasts are about 34DDD+. It's hard to do any physical activities without them being painful. I have tried losing weight, but they still sag pretty low. What do you recommend I do? I can never go out comfortably without being self-conscious about how large they look in T-shirts. When I don't where bras they hurt even more. My breasts are flatter towards the top and most of the weight is low if that makes sense lol. Should I wait until I'm older and try to fix it naturally or would surgery be the best bet?

Hello! I'm having implants done in June. I am getting the soft feel silicone in either 500 or 550 cc. I am 5'8 and weigh 155lbs. I have a long torso and broad shoulders. Currently am a 36 a/b. Praying I've chose a size good for me! My main question today is, how do I know what size compression bra to purchase for post surgery? I want to have a couple on hand but have no idea what style or size to get!! Please help?! Thanks!!

I'm 19 years old and interested in cosmetic breast augmentation with silicone implants. Does the surgeon ever perform silicone augmentation for patients under 22, or do they only offer silicone beginning at age 22? I saw something on one website about 22 fda recommened for silicone and 18+ for saline but I'm completely against saline implants and have a specific goal in mind I also don't want to have to wait til 22 I stopped growing years ago ik it only said recommened but this concerns that I won't be able to find someone to do it

Is it time for a facelift or are there other things I can do to improve my look? For my jowls, I have had one treatment of Ellacor Would another treatment of Ellacor benefit? I have also had Sculptra over the last 5 years but would fat transfer help with the lack of fullness on one side of my face? I have been told a Blephoplasty would be of benefit but only for 1 eye. Not sure I feel comfortable with that strategy I don’t feel emotionally and financially ready for a lower facelift yet, but don’t want to have procedures done that will be of little benefit either.

Answer

This question isn't specifically about a Facelift. It could be. As stated in the title, my question: As a doctor of aesthetics, what could be done to improve the overall harmony of my face? I think I have some obvious problem areas, but I'm not sure which thing is the biggest detractor, or which procedures could benefit me the most (if any at all.) Thank you.

Answer

i have wanted lipo for a while but held off because im worried it may ot be worth it. i am not super thin or anything. but i get extremely bloated very often, almost daily, to the point where i look pregnant. would liposuction be worth it or would i continue to look bloated and fat all the time due to my extreme bloating, which is not related to fat cells?

Answer

I have tried fat grafting and fillers but I think the issue is bone structure. I was looking into Infraorbital implants because I heard those can help with bulging eyes and a flat midface which I do have.
