	Before: deflation of face with sagging skin in 77 year old patient who doesnt want surgical intervention. Also has age spots and deep wrinkles. After: Fraxel Re:pair laser was used to treat her deep wrinkles and tighten her skin along her jaw line and neck. Fraxel Dual 1927 two treatments to further improve her skin tone and texture. Volume restoration in her face and jaw line has had an uplifting effect. In addition, 4 Sculptra treatments were used. Results need to be touched up every two years.

Lower Blepharoplasty removes unwanted fat from the lower eyelid to reduce appearance of bags and excess skin is removed to restore a youthful look to the under eye area. When paired with Fraxel Re:pair laser and fat transfer, the youthful appearance is greatly enhanced. Fraxel Re:pair laser stimulates collagen production for a tightening effect. Fat transfer entails extracting fat from another area of the body, purifying the fat, then injecting it into the under eye area. The fat is distributed evenly using expert technique creating a rejuvenated appearance.

Dr. Umar treated this Los Angeles teen with the Vbeam laser to address the skins redness. And for the acne scars, Dr. Umar decided to use the Fraxel Dual laser.The acne would be addressed with the V-beam laser in conjunction with a photosensitizing agent. Once the acne is under control and stops proliferating to create new acne scars, Dr. Umar is then able to address the scar tissue itself using the Fraxel Dual laser.Over the course of a six-week treatment period, the patients acne was significantly reduced. Additionally, the Fraxel Dual laser was used to treat the patients acne scars. This approach is particularly ideal for ethnic patients who have higher levels of melanin in their skin. Fraxel Dual lasers use two wavelengths that will not cause the brown pigment in the skin to over-absorb the heat from the laser. Here are before and after photos showing the patients drastic improvement.
