Wondering About Concealing High Setting Boobs Post-op?

Planning on getting a BA, nothing big as I'm already a C, I want a lift and some volume. I'm early 40's, and work in a conservative environment. I'm fearful of having high boobs when I go back to work, and wondering how do I conceal them until they are a bit lower, any suggestions?

I would suggest baggy clothes? I'm not sure what else you can do really...Hopefully some other ladies will chime in with some more helpful feedback!
