When can you drive and lift your arms after BA??

I have a BA scheduled this Wednesday and start my new office job the following Monday. I will basically just be sitting there training watching how things are done. My dr said I'd be fine but would just love some input. I think I'm just getting so nervous I'm trying to find any reason to chicken out! Lol
