Do the breasts get bigger when they drop and fluff?

I'm a bit confused here. OK, so after the BA I know we are swollen and rock hard (had mine 12/5). They look pretty big to me, well since I had nothing before! :-) I already love the way they look. So after they drop and fluff, do they get larger? Is that what people refer to when saying the breasts 'settle'? I was looking at some before and after pictures of some ladies who took photos from their BA date through day 45 or so. They seem to get bigger and bigger! Is that what usually happens? Need some input here on your experiences ladies. Thanks!

Someone just explained to me that d&f was meant for under the muscle implants.. This is what she said exactly.."I had overs before unders and overs don't drop and fluff, that term is for unders as they stretch the pec muslces that are compressing them and the muscles relax from the shock of something behind them, they actually slide down (or get pushed with an elastic strap) and the muscle continues to stretch & soften over time and they appear to project more and 'fluff' overs have nothing compressing them and pushing down on them can damage tissue and cause complications and it won't make them look better. What will happen with overs is your swelling goes down (at first it might seem like they are shrinking...) I remember waking up after surgery thinking mine were too big and holy crap what did I do... " I hope this helps.. Mine are overs and I'm afraid they will be too small.. Sucks, but I trying to be grateful >_<

This is an interesting question. I'm only 5 days PO. I like how mine are now, but I know they haven't "settled yet"

I had mine down just over a month now, while I can't say they have settled or started to the tightness is gone so that is a plus! as for size I hope they dont get any bigger, as I got more than I bargan for

This is my 2 boob job, and I can tell you that my 1st one was 9 years ago, and I like my surgery 1 year after it,. I now got my 2nd 3 weeks ago and I think is gonna be 1 year before I like them to,.

I'm not an expert, but my impression is that they settle into place, the swelling goes down and they look more natural. I hope some ladies who've been through this will correct me if I'm wrong!
