Can't shut eyes after upper and lower blepharoplasty

It has been four days since my upper and lower blapharoplasty, cheek lift and canthoplasty with fat grafting. Problem is I can't shut my right eye without squinting. Relaxed, it is open about 5mm and feels like it is really dry. Am I expecting too much too soon?

Thanks Dr. I have an appt with an opthamologist tomorrow.
Hi Rhonda, Best to discuss this with your surgeon and follow instructions. At this time it is most important to protect your cornea from any damage. You should be using a lubricating opthalmic ointment in your eye whenever your go to sleep. Blink your eyes frequently when awake to keep them moist. It should and hopefully will improve with time.
