Remember ladies we want look beautiful but at the same time stay alive to feel beautiful, my advice to everybody, make sure you get consultation, where you at before you decide to pursue making an important decision, for example , I had. A full physical done and I visit a plastic surgeon, , who notice, I had a hernia in my stomach navel and when u follow up. Medical doctor saw symptoms of an hernia so now I have appointment with a team of specialist surgeons, who will determine the extent of my hernia, to see if I'm suitable to have surgery done, in DR, which will be schedule for late April, my problem is I waited to late, my doctors appointment is the middle of April, so what ever my surgeons tell me, I will see if it's in my best entrance to follow up with surgery in DR, I contacted my doctor in DR and she told as long as my hernia isn't to big, she can pursue with, she said if too big, she'll let her speciality surgeons that deals with procedures relating to my hernia. I will see still check in see, what my surgeon says in New York , so I can have a clear understanding and decision, on how to peruse my surgery in DR, Listen to people experience but a tame time realize. Everybody, bodies have different affects to surgeries okay, so think beautiful and inteligent

I chose not to go to him and paid to have it done in my own country (Canada). When I contacted him, he was incredibly rude and was not forthcoming with answers-he completely freaked me out-there's no way I'm letting anyone cut into me when they won't even answer my questions. I went to a great guy in Toronto and he did an awesome job-just about 6 weeks into recovery right now.

Hi Bragurl. Thank you so much for replying. I been trying to speak with him and his assistant laura is doing all the talking.

Yeah-he always refers people to his "assistant". When I wanted to talk to him, it was brutal. I have an acquaintance who went to him, which is how I got his name. She was happy, but I need to have good service from start to finish. He was flat out rude, so no way is he cutting into me. Really glad I made that decision, because I had a breast reduction, a tummy tuck and lipo. Happy with the results I got here in Toronto.

Hi which dr in Toronto did you go to?

I went to this DR.ALEJANDRO in Aug 2013 for a Brazilian Butt Lift and to be 100 percent honest with you I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO TO ANYONE, lets put the rudeness aside, because I'll take rude staffing over a great job, but to have a rude bit@h and a poor job in one "oh hell no" sadly for me and my pocket I'm redoing this procedure in April 2014 unsure of with who yet, but DEF need it redone. My butt has scars and NOTHINGS changed, I LOOK THE SAME, as for my stomach lipo it's Horrible, it's like he took no time to really sculpt me. ANYONE WHO READS THIS BEWARE OF THIS DOCTORS WORK. EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED

Hey everybody!... ive been corresponding with Dr. Yily whom is located in Dominican Rep. Has anyone ever considered medical tourism and is it really more affordable as oppose to just a procedure alone?

Although I have not had work done by Dr.hernandez, recently I contacted him by email to ask some questions about the whole procedure/process. He sent me a Word document that looked like it was written by a 10 year old-no professional formatting, a bunch of prices stuck in the middle-it was bizarre. not to be judgemental, I asked him several questions again-always the same ones-and yet he continuously refused to answer-then he critiqued my country because frequently the "secretaries" answer the questions, and he was taking the time to answer me. I had asked about whether he had any TV interviews in English that I could view, and he said that if I wanted "100%" English, then I should go to an English speaking country. All I wanted to know was if he had English TV interview, not if he had perfect English. I don't know-I feel like if you are a doctor performing these procedures, then you should be able to answer every question about your own procedures and processes. He couldn't even tell me how much weight I could expect to lose with all the procedures I was looking at, or how much his "Platinum" package was. He didn't answer any of those questions after repeated attempts-then told me to call HIS secretary for answers. To me, it raises red flags when a doctor cannot easily answer questions, even in partial English-I doubt I will even call his secretary.

Yeah, the Canadian girl came out in me too and I told him where to go. Then I went and did it in my own country in Toronto and it was awesome!

Yeah-no way would I go to him-he was rude and ignorant and wrote me this crazy email with all sorts of spelling mistakes and told me to have my questions answered by his staff-said that plastic surgeons mostly have their staff answer questions...I was like-"Um, no-you get to meet wiht the plastic surgeon here and have a consultaton, and ask questions". Follow up is done a lot by staff, like the RN's, but the inital?! So I wound up actually correcting his spelling and grammar because he had already been such as asshole. Then I sent it back to him...lmao. My bad!

It's just as safe to go there as it is here in the U.S. A girl just died in Florida from fat embolism, a complication from a TT and bbl. The Dr was not board certified. Check the Dr's credentials and you will be fine.

I'm scheduled to see Dr Camilo in July for a facelift, it seems most of the Dr's in the Dominican Republic put more advertising and emphasis on the lipo and tummy tucks or breast and butt lifts. I am told that Dr Camilo is really good with the face. I sure hope so. How did your surgery go in April? any information about the Dr would be greatly appreciated. I hope you had great results and are very happy. Thanks God Bless!
