Do I need to remove the perlane injection on my nose before the nose job?

Hi Amyy,

Many doctors on RealSelf agree that no fillers should be present in your nose when you undergo a rhinoplasty. I'm not sure if using hyaluronidase to dissipate the Perlane would help or if, since it's a temporary filler, it has to go away on its own... does anybody know?
