Pinkness on the face after Peel

i was given inno peel for pigmentation for several months along with skin lite cream. I see good results but now my doctor  gave me blue peel along with luma glow cream. But immediatly after the treatment my skin color turned pink. Is this some thing to worry or the general behaviour of the creams and peels i was suggested?

Hi Rajuhyd, 

Based on the community it sounds like this peel was a little bit more intense for you skin. Are you still pink?
