PIH after IPL treatment

Will cosmelan work on PIH post IPL as well or just on melasma? The treatment (mask and maintenance) need to be done to work as well? The maintenance cream alone did not work for me. Please advise

It seems to PIH is dificult to treat with IPL...

Dermatologist often use NDYAG laser for treating PIH with better results.

I have PIH after an Active Fx was used on my legs to remove sunspots. It is not supposed to be used on the legs. At any rate, I was given Tri-Luma cream, which seems to have helped.
