Does anyone have photos of their Sientra anatomical/round textured implants right after surgery/ 1 week and do you like them?

I have an app in May to get Sientra Implants.  I'm wanting textured but not sure if round or anatomical shaped.  I have found a few after photos but they are from like 6 months plus.  I'm curious as to how I'm going to look during the first few weeks and right after surgery.  I will be visiting family a few days after my app and don't want anyone to know that I have had my breast done.  Any input will help.  Thanks

The gallery on my website includes many women with Sientra shaped, form stable textured breast implants. Usually photos are taken 1 month or more after surgery. If a conservative size is what you are looking for, no one may notice a difference unless you wear a form fitting bikini after years of wearing form fitting bikinis. Good Luck!

You should care how they will look after a year and their final shape and not how they will look right after surgery. I hated mine when I saw them at first. Huge, swollen, hard, heavy for a few months they stayed like that. I had the surgical bra on for over a month anyway.

Thanks for posting. I was concerned at the time about my in laws and family noticing how swollen or weird they may look. I lucked out though and really didn't swell or bruise and no one said a word! I'm about 5 weeks out now and love them. They are slightly different sizes but soo much better than I had before.

I had mine done almost 6 weeks ago and I love them. I went with the textured round. I went back to work 6 days post op and no one could tell I had them done. I had minimal swelling for the first few weeks

Hi! I'm considering textured rounds like you got, and I was wondering how it went with the sitting up high issue that most girls have after getting implants. Most girls with smooth implants say they drop and fluff as the months go on, but with textured ones, they're supposed to stay in place from day 1 right? Did yours already start off in a dropped/low/normal position and just stay that way over time? Thanks!

I hadn't thought of that!?? I'd like to know if they "drop" or "fluff" too since they are textured and supposedly stay in place....

Yes, mine started off in the dropped/normal position with some swelling a slight bruising. The day after my surgery my surgeon said that I could start wearing any bra I'd like on day 3. I've been wearing an underwire bra since my 1 week follow up. All my swelling was gone by 3 weeks so they looked better and more settled but I never noticed any dropping; they have stayed in the same place. I'll be 8 weeks on Wednesday and will be getting my post ops pics..lol...

Do you have any before and after photos?

Thanks for the info--that really helps to know they've stayed in place and haven't been riding high...How's the hardness/softness level of them, since they're more dense than regular silicone gel? Did you go over the muscle or under the muscle?...I'm excited to see your post op pics! :) thanks!

I was afraid they were going to be hard after some of the reviews I had read, but after a couple weeks they softened up and feel like young perky boobs..lol.. They also look almost exactly like my pre-baby boobies just a little fuller. I went under the muscle. I created a review so that I could post a couple pics for you to see.

Thanks, michelle26! I don't see a review under your profile...? Is it under a different name?
