I found a permanent cosmetic sale going on Groupon right now. Would you use someone that had nothing on Yelp, and barely a Facebook business page, when they claim decades of lifelong experience?

Don't know how close you are to Southampton, but you should check out the review from Elizabethz who had a really good experience with Permanent Makeup and lives in NYC. Hope that helps.
