What is permanent eyebrow recovery like?

I can't really take off work the days after I plan on getting permanent eyebrows done. I was hoping to not share with everyone at the office that I got permanent makeup, but will it be very obvious those few days after I get them done? Will I be able to cover it up with makeup? Or will it just be two big scabs?  Any info will help :) thanks!!

hi, it will be impossible not to notice unless you have always painted your eye brows than it wouldn't be so noticeable .once there done after 3 or 4 day they will start to peel slowly at a time do not try to peel them your self you might damage the work , over all it will take aprox. 5 to 6 day for it to look almost normal but the final results you'll see within 30 days once the pigments are settle in and the outter skin is normal.than if you want or need any correction done on them you make and appointment to fix them, and you'll go though the same thing again. you should not paid for correction because is her fault but ask about that detail. Go to someone that you have seen already and that you had liked and that has the same color skin tone as you that way you can compare how it would look on you. gook luck go for it.remember if your light skin go for browns first look a the color chart.on the chart the results will bee lighter when peeled.

So would anyone happen to have pictures of their recovery? I haven't been able to find any online, and I would like to see what those first few days actually look like before going through with this. Or if you feel uncomfortable posting pictures of yourself, do you know where I can find pictures where it shows the scabbing/recovery process?

Hi anne,

Well it's like any tattoo healing it depends on your body, but based on the community and what I know of regular tattoos it takes about 2 weeks, and usually no you don't want to put other makeup over it for risk of infection. The first few days are usually the worst when things are darkest and scabs are only just appearing. You should also chat with myladylana she is very knowledgeable on this topic. Hope that helps!

Thanks,

-Britt
