my eyelids look to big and dont retract very far

I ahd upper eyelids done a month ago and both eyelids look big but one is bigger than the other one. I had small eyelids from lashed to the crease before surgery and now my crease is higher with big lids. I hate how it looks. I look like I now had ptosis and my eye opening is smaller. Has anyone else had this happen. The lid part that looks the biggest is towards the inner eye. I also have very loose wrinked skin on one lid and in the inner corners of my eye where the medial fat was removed. Has anyone had this happen and did it get better?
