I'm 28, have been considering labiaplasty for my long, uncomfortable labia (gets caught in clothes, irritates) for years. I am extremely fearful, though, that cutting off part of my body will hinder my ability to reach orgasm. Everybody orgasms differently, and for me to get there it usually includes pinching of the labia near climax. With those nerve endings gone, I'm worried by ability to orgasm would change. Has anyone experienced this? Doesn't sex feel different without those nerve endings?
Does anyone else only orgasm this way? Has it effected anyone's ability to do so after having the surgery, since you are missing the nerve endings?
In general, after labiaplasty, do patients usually orgasm in the same way they previously could, or do their bodies and the way things feel change?
