Has anyone experienced weight or width gain after Vaser Lipo a year + after surgery?

I am wanting to have Vaser on my inner & outer thighs but the more research I have been doing the more I am unsure. Can anyone please shed some light on the evidence mounting saying that the body has it's own natural 'set point' & after fat removal it will, over time, find another part of the body to gain mass in to make up for the fat loss from Vaser, irrespective of whether you gain wight or not? I've also been reading that Visceral fat can increase as opposed to subcutaneous fat which as we know is very unhealthy and impossible to get rid of. There are alot of people singing the praises of Vaser shortly after surgery but what about long term?

Thanks Kirsty, very helpful, it has made my decision for me. It's so good to have shared information on here, the kind of which I couldn't find myself. It's a crime that surgeons don't arm us with 'all' of the details before surgery. Happy Christmas to you and thanks again
