Any Doctor Near NYC To Perform Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty?

My nose is slender and thin, so I think non-surgical would be a good option without making my nose too big. I have a "hooked", Aquiline nose with a droopy tip. I am 16. I really need a professional doctor near NYC for this. Is there any doctor near NYC who can make my Aquiline nose better and fix my droopy tip, non-surgically? If so, can anyone tell me what fillers/injections they use? How much does it cost? (Though, money doesn't matter. I just need a professional doctor.)
