I am looking to get the area above the penis and below the abs done. I have not seen anything about this area?

I have only seen CoolSculpting done on a few areas and I'm not sure if this is one of them. You can post on our Doctor Q&A Forum for professional opinions.

did ask my doctor and he said yes you can do that area. but I would like to know of other who have had this done in this area...

i would like to get zeltiq done on my love handles and abs. I was wondering when doing it on the abs there are two ways one using a large device and the other using the medium device twice can you tell me what the diffrence is.

Depending on your size, the large device may cover (across) the abominal area. If not, then the procedure would be done two consecutive times (most places don't have more than one machine as of yet).. Once on each side of the abdomen. I'm small: 5'2, 110 and the large device easily went across my entire abdomen and even over to my sides a little bit.

BMS thanks I think it make sense since the fat in my abs is consentrated in the center and i am also doing my sides so he suggested using the middle, he has the large piece as well but said for my build its better. I just did not think of it like that so just wanted to make sure.

Yep, if it's concentrated in the middle, midas well go with the smaller device. Costs less and (my understanding) that uncomfortable suction feeling isn't as bad with the smaller device.

I had Zeltiq done on my lower abdomen and love handles. I had four separate treatments done with the medium device. I was not offered an option of a larger device. Not sure why? I am pretty sure that the larger device would have gone across my abdomen completely (I am a small woman, not overweight, just have fat deposits) but they didn't even mention it. I wonder if they don't have that size?

I am scheduled for another treatment next week. Do you suggest that I ask about it? I wonder if it's cheaper to do one large treatment vs two smaller?

I was actually quite pleased with the results of Zeltiq. It noticeably reduced the fat deposits in those areas which have always been there, even when I was young. I have lost weight, but know I'll never get rid of that stuff w/o a procedure. I am unable to take time off work for liposuction or surgery, so Zeltiq appeals to me b/c it requires no downtime. And nobody needs to know I did it either, which is a plus.

But I wonder if I should be asking about different sized treatment applicators?

it depends on your body type sometimes having the medium gives better results then one large one.
