Changing from saline round to high profile silicone

I am planning on changing my saline round moderate implants for high profile silicone due to major rippling. I have 525 cc saline now and what to keep the same size so as not to be noticeable change. please advise what would be the best cc in a silicone hp anatomical. Thanks
