Capsular contraction

I had my first breast augmentation surgery in Dec 08. I was a cup B and I wanted a full B so I went for 350 cc (under). After four months my right breast was tight and rounded. My doctor gave me Accolate but the results were unexpected; my right breast didn't react to the medicine but my left breast did and it dropped considerably. I went for a second surgery and I did what my doctor recommended; breast lift on the left breast and increase my size to 425cc.

My breast looked huge but ok; once again for the first four months. For the second time I have a capsular contraction and my doctor gave Accolate again and the results were the same. I don't know what to do anymore. I went to see another doctor and he recommended to remove my implants for a year and try again.

I massage my breasts more than three times a day and I use compression too. Will my breast get better over the time or this is it? I'm seriously considering to remove my implants, what can happen? Are they going to be the same they were before having implants; especially that ugly nipple?

Did you have saline or silicone implants? I've heard that saline sometimes have better results with this than silicone.

You may want to consider posting this as a question to the doctors here on RealSelf. Include the photo and you should get some good guidance.

Good luck and please let us know what you decide to do!
