Breast lift with implant or without implant

I'm a 34d now and my breast are an inch below the breast line or crease (forgot the word). I want a breast lift but I'm afraid if I get a lift (only)they will not look like I want them too. My breast has a little fullness, but they are just a little droopy. Every picture I see and love; the breast lifts are with implants. The doctors I've seen say I just need a lifts, but I just dont think Id be happy with that. I want them to look like this

I'm not sure by the photos if one of these is of you or not. The second set of breasts definitely look to be enhanced with implants. If you want to look like that, you most likely will need implants too.
