Hi everyone I'm 19 years old and I'm 5'7" and weigh around 165 pounds. Basically I am very unhappy with my body and have been for a very long time. :( As you can see I have love handles, lots of rolls, and my butt is squarish. I don't have much muscle, it's mainly fat. I really want a sexy hourglass type body and while I do have some curves, I don't think it's possible to get the true hourglass body unless I get some help with surgery. Do you think it's possible for me to do weight lifting and losing weight to get an hourglass figure? I don't want a crazy huge butt, just one that gives me a sexy hourglass figure.
