I am getting liposuction to my inner and outer thighs and possibly buttocks. I have always disliked the shape of my bum. In particular there is a crease between my buttocks and thigh and thus my buttocks appears to "droop". However, I am concerned that buttocks liposuction may actually worsen the crease and result in a flat shapeless bottom. Are there any other procedures to shape my bum? I have heard of fat grafting and was wondering if this would be suitable?
You are correct to be concerned about liposuction of the buttock above the thigh crease. This can result in flattening and/or more drooping in this area with loss of shape. Fat grafting is a technique that can give you a fuller and more rounded shape to your butt.
I would like my midsection to be flatter so that it can match the rest of my body. I am pretty toned and in shape, but I cannot get rid of the puffy belly. I had one consult and he suggested a mini tummy tuck. I am not looking for perfection and a super sleek tight stomach, I just don't want the lump there when I sit down. I do have the seperation of the stomach muscles due to my 2 pregnancies. I was really hoping to get a small fix that didn't require such a major surgery and down time like mtt
It is difficult to tell without an in person evaluation, but based on what you stated about your muscle separation, you may likely need more than just liposuction to fully correct the problem. Remember, liposuction only addresses one thing, fat excess. Smart Lipo does have the additional benefit of some skin tightening but it is not a miracle device. The photo of you "sucking it in" shows your tummy is flatter, but the skin is also wrinkly. This suggests that you would need some type of Tummy Tuck to both tighten the muscle and remove some loose skin.
I am a 23yr old female looking to improve my side profile. I have a lot of fat under my chin and this causes an awful side profile. It also shows from the front. From what I've read neck/chin liposuction could be a good option. Also chin implants seem like another possible idea.
A formal examination would be necessary for a definitive recommendation, but based on the limited photos I think your analysis is correct and that you would benefit from both.
Based on your age and therefore implied good skin quaility/elasticity, you would be a very good candidate for liposuction in this area. I would use Laser liposuction for the greater precision of the small laser probe and the enhanced skin retraction. Liposuction could also provide the benefit of improved definition of your jawline.
