“Thermage - Not Worth It (Except...”
I had Thermage around my eyes in May 2011 and the results have been satisfactory. I had previously been an every 3-4 months Botox/Dysport user for crinkles and sagging around my eye area, but now find that I only need to have Botox/Dysport every six months. However, I paid an additional $1,400 to have Thermage on my face and neck area in June 2011 -- and never noticed any benefit. Do not waste... more
“Thermage for Thighs, Not Sure -...”
I entered into this thinking a modest result so in a few more months (being I had it today) I will know more. I am tolerant to pain and the first leg was no problem. The second leg I was unable to complete the 200 pulses (did 150) the cooling canister in the machine said it was empty and the technician had just replaced it. “Waste of Money - Seattle, WA”
I had thermage several years ago at a Medispa, after seeing reports from Oprah. It was painful and NEVER SAW ANY RESULTS. Total waste of money. I later had full Co2 laser ($3500) with incredible results,... more

I saw the doctor for a consultation, and asked what she would recommend if price were not an issue, something that would have stayiung power and not include a knife. At 46, my skin was just beginning to sag here and there... more
I was thrilled the next day to see my face nicely plumped up. It was downhill after that. The saggy chin & dewlaps remained, unimproved even after waiting the obligatory 6 months. The doctor suggested a second Thermage that might produce better results. No thanks. There was no pain & no down time, but I understand that the reason it is difficult to find someone... more
“Thermage: Like I Had a Good Night's...”
I had been leery of Thermage too, but at 51, even though I'm slim and stay out of the sun, I had reached the point of wanting to do "something." My dermatologist has her patients' total trust in whom she recommends certain procedures for--I knew other patients of hers whom she steered away from this and other things. But she thought I'd be a good candidate and I have to say I'm... more
