Is a Restalyn Facelift Suitable for Any Woman?

Does a Restalyn facelift have any side effects for a specific type of skin or condition?

A: Adding volume to deep lines and hollow areas can give the appearance of a face lift.

Restylane is a very safe product, but there are limitations on what it can do.  It really depends on what you needs are.  Filling deep nasolabial folds, adding volume to the lips, filling in tear troughts and adding a few cc's to the upper cheeks can often give the appearance of a mini face lift.  Restylane is very safe, but may become prohibitively expensive is you are using large volumes of product.

What is More Commonly Used to Treat Spasms of the Eye; Restylane or Dysport?

Why would either restylane or dysport be recommended over the other for eye spasms?

A: Botox, Dysoport or the new Xeomin can be used to treat blepharospasms.

All of the FDA approved neurotoxins including Botox, Dysport and Xeomin can be used on blepharospasms.  Botox has been used the longest.  It is important to see a specialist who is experienced in treating this condition.  Restylane is a filler and not the right product for blepharospasm treatment.

What Are the Fundamental Differences Between Restylane and Perlane?

Do Restylane and Perlane both act as dermal fillers with the same reults?

A: Perlane is a thicker product than Restylane.

I like to use Perlane in the laugh lines and marionette lines and  for volumizing in the cheeks temples and brows.  I like to use Restylane for the lips and for finer lines.
