I Had Full TT 13 Months Ago with Bad Scarring and Need a Total Re-do, Is that Possible? (photo)

I had a full TT with MR. While putting on compression garment in surgery room the Dr. overlapped my tummy skin and pinched it. I couldn't feel it from being medicated. He didn't open up my garment for 2 days and found necrosis had already happened. Now I have 3 hideous lumps of scarring between my belly button and scar, right where it was supposed to be my best results. Can I have a complete redo? I have gained 30 pounds and am losing it so I can have enough loose skin. Is that possible?

Given your photos, it does not seem that you have enough tissue for another full tummy tuck.  If your scar is not raised, you can try lasers.  If they are hypertrophic, steroid injection or scar revision may help.  Good luck to you.

Do I Need a Lift? I Just Want Implants. (photo)

Hi i am terribly upset, i have had my consultation today and have been told i need a lift! i am only 20 and am not prepared to have the lollypop scars as i really feel i dont need a lift. I am after a small D cup hopefully (but would be content with a c) I just want a much rounder look. Round and fake looking but not set high up on my chest.

Given that you want  "round and fake looking" breasts, you would need breast augmentation with lift.  You have some asymmetry between your left and right; I think you will need different implant sizes as well as breast lift.  The breast lift may be circumareolar (donut) or circumvetical (lollipop) lift.  I think that it is better to have better shape than well-healed scars.  However, if you cannot accept additional scar, you will be compromising the shape.

I Had a Lift and Implants Put in to Be a Full D, Im Now a KK. What Can I Do To Reduce The Size?

I had implants and lift 5 years ago, i wanted to be a full d over the past few years I cant buy a normal bra at a store. I went for a bra fitting and I was sized now at a 34 KK. Are my breast going to stop growning, what can i do to reduce them will another lift make them smaller? Can i leave the same implant in place if i do another lift. Help

It will depend on the amount of breast tissue you have.  If your breasts have grown over the past 5 years, you can either exchange your implants to smaller ones or remove the implants and have breast lift.  It will depend on how much breast tissue you current have and what your desired breast size is.
