Do I Need a Breast Lift Along With Large Implants? (photo)

I'm thinking on having breast surgery and I'm going big, 700cc to 800cc silicone mod plus do you think my nipples will be to low? Do you think I will need a lift?

A: Need for breast lift?

Hi.  Based on your side view photos, you will not need breast lift.   However, your front view photos look like you may need a small lift; therefore, you need to be examined by a plastic surgeon to determine your need for breast lift. In regards to implant size, 700-800cc implant may be too large and wide for you body.  Again, without examining you, I cannot give you a recommendation on that.  But please remember that as you go larger with implant size, it exposes you for more complication in the future.

Im Unsure As to Have D or DD Size BA & Lift, Opinions? (photo)

I am having a Tummy tuck & BA/lift in April. I am currently a small C cup, before kids (3) and weight gain/loss I was D.I want my BA to give me fuller, higher and larger boobs but natural looking (no porn star look). I feel my tummy has protruded more than my breasts. My friend went with a D but regrets not going to DD as her PS recommended. We are of the same build/body type. I am currently a 14C or 16C depending on make.I wnt breasts to look proportionate n natural. I would appreciate any advice.

A: Breast size after implant

Thank you for your photos.  Given your photos, you are a good candidate for tummy tuck and augmentation/lift.  Whether you want D or DD is a personal choice.  However, it is common for women to wish that they had gone larger after the surgery.  Also, keep in mind bra size differs depending on different brand of bras.

A: Healing time after breast augmentation

Healing time is different for each person.  Most swelling will decrease by two to three weeks.  Breasts will get soft around implants by two to three months; however, it will depend on how tight one's muscle and skin were prior to surgery.
