Can I Have a Second Tummy Tuck After Hysterectomy?

5 yrs. ago I had a TT and then #yrs after that unfortunately i had a hysterectomy where they had to cut thru my scar because my ovaries where imbedded in scar tissue due to endometriosis. is it possible to have a second tummy tuck or a mini ?

A: Is it possible to have more than 1 Tummy Tuck

It is possible to redo a Tummy Tuck if there is enough skin and tissue to pull closed.  In my San Antonio office, I sometimes see women who are not happy with their Tummy Tucks years after surgery done elsewhere.  Often times, we can make things better with a mini-abdominoplasty.

Are my Breast Implants Way Too Far Apart? I'm 1 Month PO. (photo)

It's been one month since my breast augmentation procedure. I'm happy with the size and shape, though I would consider going slightly larger. Part of the reason I would consider going larger is in the hope that the gap between my breasts would be minimised. Changing sizes would cost a great deal of money, which I'm hesitant to go through with. Are there any alternatives? Do you think they are too far apart? Any honest advice would be greatly appreciated.

A: breast implant position

From your photo, it is difficult to assess them given that your arms are up.  I would continue to allow your implants to settle and for your skin to stretch.  From your photo, I think that your implants will be very well positioned.

Be patient and continue to follow with your PS

I Am Very Short Waisted and Need Help with Excess Fat Around Tummy and Thighs, Good Options?

Can't exercise much do to med issues, and meds which also caused weight gain. I really need to drop 38 lbs. All the fat is on my tummy and my thighs. Mostly inner part. My butt is ok, mostly. I need this done. If only for movement.

A: Thighs to big to Exer-sighs will Liposuction work?

Liposuction is a good way to lose isolated pockets of fat, but not as a way to lose weight.  For patients that are overweight in San Antonio, I often recommend a medically supervised weight loss program.

Some patients have found CoolSculpting a good non-invasive way to get things kick started.  With this technique you probably will not see a huge change, but it is easy enough to do and will take about 2 hours of your time (1 hour each thigh).
