Do Lateral Crural Struts Always Add Width to the Nose? (photo)

I'm considering revision rhinoplasty, and a very seasoned revision expert recommended lateral crural struts to help with my valve collapse & pinching. While I would like to fill out the pinching / creases above my nostrils / shield graft edges and improve my breathing, I don't want my nose to be much wider. I've attached pictures of myself smiling - the left is my current nose, the right would be my 'ideal.' Is this achievable, or will lateral crural struts make my nose wider than this?

A: Every nose is different

With the limited pictures that you sent it is hard to determine what you need . I do not beleive that the struts would widen your nose.

Each Rhinoplasty has to be customized to fit each patient . Revision rhinoplasty is a more difficult procedure because even with the prior surgeons report sometimes the unexpected is found.

Ear Lobe Reconsruction in Arizona for Stretched Ears

ive had my ear lobes stretched for over 3 years and i would like to repair it. i would like to pay around $1000 and if you'll be able to leave enough ear lobe for me to strecth again. i have a blowout on my right lobe and tears on both ears

A: Supply and demand

Pictures would help to see what kind of problem you have, the price for repairing the ear lobes will depend on how much demand there is for the procedure and howmany surgeons are doing it. In New York  City it would be more than in Texas. In Arizona you may possible get it done for that price .

Are Implants Ok to Get for Someone Who is 24 Years of Age?

I am 24 years old. I am now a 34B i have wonderful curves and backside, however I am not happy with my breast size. Is there anything that i can do to increase my breast size without surgery?.. if so would the side effects be dangerous?

A: Yes they are safe for any adult.

24 years of age is a good time to get breast implants and if you use a  size 34B bra you are very likely to get a good result.
