I Am 47 Year Old Diabetic Considering a Breast Augmentation. Can This Be Done?

My BS are pretty well controlled. I am 5'7" and weigh 155lbs

i do procedures on diabetics frequently and as long as you are well controlled and have medical clearance things should go fine.  the complication rate is higher but most people accept that.

My PS is Not Making Me Feel Very Comfortable and Surgery Date is Next Week, What Should I Do?

My PS says that I have "almost tuberous" breasts and I'm planning on getting 450ccs of mod+ profile saline implants. In my last consult, I was extremely adamant about having natural looking implants (a ski-slope, not a shelf) and said that I wanted lots of lower pole fullness...he says that because my nipple is so close to my crease, I can't get the result I want.I asked about lowering the crease and he basically ignored me.. My surgery is in a week and I do NOT want torpedo titties! Any advice?

do not do the surgery unless you are comfortable.  it may simply be a communication problem.but do not go ahead unless you are in agreement as to the posible results.  either meet with him again or get a second opinion

What Happened to my Lift with Implants? I Look Horrible... (photo)

I had a breast lift with implants... my breasts are now so uneven and look horrible. I have been told by the hospital that I need to go back after 6 months to have a revision on the right breast. I'm so scared to let them cut me open again as they have not told me why or how this has happened. I can't get time off work until November so I am stuck looking like this for the next 10 months :( Someone please help me with answers?

we have alll had operations that did not go as we would like them to. the likelihood of revision surgery after your operation is 30-35%.  do not be angry, it can be corrected. 6 months post op is a good time to do this at the earliest
