Is It Safe to Have Facelift and Liposuction at Same Time?

I am considering Facelift/Neck Lift procedures and Liposuction of abdominal area. I am 63 white male in good shape, 6'1", 180 lbs. Is this too much for one surgery?

A: Multiple procedures can be done safely

It is both common and safe to have multiple procedures done IF you have an experienced plastic surgeon, anethesiologist and relatively healthy patient. In general the longer the surgery time, the higher the risks. For a long procedure, keeping the patient warm and preventing blood clots in the legs are important factors.

You and your plastic surgeon should decide what is best for you.
