Closing a Gap Between my Teeth Without Braces? (photo)

i have a little gap between my teeth what could i do to close the gap besides getting braces, im 21 and really dont want to have to get braces for the gap, what would u recommend? thank you.

A: Invisalign Would Close that Gap in a Heartbeat

Really your best option would be some form of orthodontics, and this is definitely something that can be done with Invisalign.

Trying to fix and orthodontic problem with dental work usually results in a compromise that no one is happy with. Given the shape of your upper incisors cosmetic bonding would make them look more squarish, so moving the teeth would be a far better way to close the space. Fortunately, there are lots of options for doing this without traditional braces.

What Do You Recommend for Me? I'm Unhappy With My First Round of Braces.

I just got off braces and getting an all ceramic crown for that front tooth you see. I currently have a temporary crown which sucks badly. I feel like my braces results are not satisfying me and would like to get them done again maybe but with another better ortho because the first place I went to sucked big time. He was cheaper then most other places so I went with him. I regret it. I will post a picture after I get in the permanent crown. But this is where Im at now. Any advice?

A: A Great Smile is Always Worth the Extra Money

Rework is always more expensive than getting things right the first go around, but the good news is an orthodontist can help you fix what you don't like about your first treatment.

It might be worth talking to an orthodontist prior to getting your permanent crown. It would be a shame to mess up the glaze on the porcelain by bonding a bracket on the new crown if you need braces for your re-treatment.

If the crown is already being made, this isn't such a big deal since your teeth are probably straight enough that you'd be a great candidate for Invsalign and potentially wouldn't need to have anything bonded to your new crown.

I Am 5'10, 130lbs BWD is 14. Would HP 500-600cc Be Right For My Flat Chest? (photo)

I've had 5 children ranging in age from 11yo-10 months. I breast fed the last 3 for approx. 9 months each. I am a very FLAT A34/36 cup. I do have a little bit of sag. My waist is about 25 hips are 37. I am wanting to have breasts that resemble Jessa Hinton. If you google her you would see pics. I am thinking that because of my height and frame, I should go with an implant ranging from 500-600 cc's silicone, HP under the muscle. Would appreciate your opinions. Thanks

A: Size of breast implants

Looking at your photos, augmentation will give you  great result . But in my opinion, 500-600cc implants would be too much for your frame. Most of the problems of breast implants are because the size is too big. A good advise would be not to get stuck on a certain cc but get a consultation from a qualified plastic surgeon and see what they recommend for you. Good luck.
