What is a Non Surgical Nose Job

I am unhappy with my nose, but I can't afford rhinoplasty surgery.  I am considering a non-surgical option but don't know much about it other than that it is supposed to be less expensive than plastic surgery.  What exactly is a non-surgical nose job?  Do the results last?

A: Definition of a Non Surgical Nose Job

A non surgical nose job (rhinoplasty) is typically where injectable fillers are used to create a new appearance the nose. The advantages are that it can be done in the office with little downtime and less risks. Not all noses, however, are amendable to injectable fillers. When more work needs to be done, often time surgery is still the only option. To find out if non surgical rhinoplasty is right for you, the first step is consulting with a surgeon who fully understands nasal anatomy and regularly performs rhinoplasty.
Facial Plastic Surgeons have unique training that makes them highly qualified to perform your non surgical or surgical rhinoplasty.

Double Eyelid Surgery - What is It?

What is double eyelid surgery? I don't understand what it means to have double eyelids?

A: Definition of Double Eyelid Surgery

Double eyelid surgery refers to a procedure to give an Asian eyelid with no upper eyelid crease
a more western appearance (also called eyelid westernization). This procedure typically involves approaching the eye through a blepharoplasty incision in the upper eyelid crease. Extra skin and fatty tissue is often removed. The skin is then sewn down to the deeper layers of the eyelid to create a crease. This allows for the different appearance.
It also allows women to place make-up on their new upper eyelid.
Recovery is similar to blepharoplasty; sutures in for a week, make-up can be applied after ten days, most activities resumed and getting back out in public by two weeks.

For those seeking a new appearance to their eyelids, double eyelid surgery can be a great option.

Fractional CO2 Laser After Restylane and Sculptra?

Can you have Fractionated CO2 Laser after Restylane and Sculptra injections?

A: Fractional C02 laser and injectables are both possible

One might assume that, because the injectables are placed much deeper than the laser, there should be no interaction. However we don't know this for sure.

I would suggest having the laser treatment first. Its superficial tightening might also guide the possible need for the injectable fillers.
