Shortly after moving to Chicago from the east coast, I had trouble with my saline implants and knew that I needed them replaced. Dr. Casas was highly recommended by my east coast plastic surgeon as well as several patients of hers, and I soon realized the reason for her impeccable references. During my first appointment with Dr. Casas, she spent over 2 hours with me, explaining all of my options and proposed treatment plans in detail, answering my questions, and frankly, calming my nerves because I was apprehensive about going through an implant revision surgery. She is a well of knowledge, demonstrates the utmost in ethics, and her bedside manner is second to none. I felt completely confident in her skills and in my decision to move forward with the revision, but the results exceeded my expectations immeasurably. Whereas I previously had capsular contracture and resulting asymmetry, discomfort, and an unnatural appearance, I had symmetry, no discomfort, and an amazingly natural appearance and feel. I have been so grateful to her for my entire experience and highly recommend her to any woman considering breast implant revision.

I had a breast reduction that left me with saggy breasts. After many referrals I went to Dr.Casas for an augmentaion to replace the lost volume. She took the time to explain everything about the procedure. She is extremely thorough from the consultation to post-op care. She also believes in making her patients look natural.I could not be happier with the results and continue to see Dr. Casas for other procedures. Would not think of going to another doctor!

My case was a very difficult one, Dr. Casas exceeded my expectations and made sure I was 100% satisfied. Her follow-up care is unprecedented in my experience. I continue to see Dr. Casas for minor procedures and would never consider another doctor for any more major surgeries! She is a perfectionist, and it shows in her work as well as her lifestyle.

I was impressed with Dr. Casas the day I saw her for an initial consultation. She spent a lot of time doing both an exam/evaluation as well as answering questions in the calm environment of her personal office. Although Dr. Casas is very busy, she never made me feel like she was rushed or didn't have time for me. What absolutely blew me away about Dr. Casas was the fact that she encouraged me to send any questions I might have to her personal email address. She personally responded to each of them quickly -- always within 24 hours, but usually within 2-3 hours!! That kind of responsiveness is rare and really meant so much to me at a time when I was nervous that I was doing or would do something wrong after my surgery. Dr. Casas' office staff are also top-notch! Jenny Day, Dr. Casas' office manager, is truly one of the kindest people I have ever met. She, too, spends as much time with patients as they need. Although not a nurse, Jenny is very knowledgeable about every aspect of Dr. Casas' practice. She is very helpful when it comes to answering questions and also connects patients with a nurse or PA when appropriate. She is very detailed in her explanations of procedure costs and is a wonderful all-around resource. Since the time of my surgery, I have also had several Botox treatments as well as photo rejuvenation. I've been thrilled with the natural-looking results of these procedures as well! You absolutely cannot go wrong by choosing Dr. Casas!!

I looked at her website and she also was recommended to me my another physician. I am beyond thrilled and pleased with my experience with Dr Casas. During my inital visit she was very patient and answered all my questions without me feeling rushed. She was extremely thorough and detailed oriented for all the pre and post op care..She not only gave me natural looking breasts but was able to give me a much needed breast lift.I have never experienced a doctor who cared so much and was so invested in how i felt during the entire experience. Her office staff was very helpful, warm and friendly... .The entire staff made me feel very comfortable especially during the recovery process. I would highly recommend Dr Casas not only for her surgical expertise but also for her compassionate nature.

I went to over 20 different doctors over the past 3 years and have talked to many people in the medical community. I also work in the medical community so I am privy to the real story about many of these "well known" plastic surgeons and derms. Unfortunately, they are all just good advertisers. I have had some bad experiences and I am so happy to have found a surgeon I trust and who I truly feel is the best in the field!!!! I do research on everything and when it comes to my body/face, I go above and beyond. I have been to over 20 different plastic surgeons/derms for consults - sometimes paying 100 just for a consult. I cannot say enough about the expertise and care of Dr. Casas. She is hands down different than any other doctor out there. She truly cares about her patients and really takes time to listen to what their goals are and you are not just a number. Cost is obviously something to consider but her prices are always very fair. However, for myself, I would pay top dollar for her because I have never met a doctor who not only cared about the outcome because she wants to make you happy and it is a life long relationship. As we all know, once you start with fillers/procedures, as we all age, you need to find a doctor who is with you and you can TRUST! I had wanted to spend more money on other procedures and she would not do them and explained that it was money wasted and we can do it down the road. I just cannot say enough as to how good she is as a doctor and a person. I have had fillers by 5 other doctors before I found her. She is by far the best injector/surgeon I have met or been to.

I had my breast augmentation back in May, 2012. This has been a decision that I have made when I was in my teens. After two children, both my husband and I decided that it was time. Choosing the right doctor was very easy. After my first consultation with Dr. Laurie Casas, I knew that she was the one that I wanted to perform the surgery. Her credentials are beyond fantastic; Dr. Casas’ knowledge on the subject and her honesty is extremely helpful in making the right decisions. \She did not color code anything. Right away, she answered all of the questions I had and helped me make the right choices to achieve my desired outcome. I did not feel rushed or pressured into anything. Not only is she phenomenal, so is her entire staff, Melissa, Jenny, Kathy, Janina and Amy, they are all wonderful. They made me feel welcome and understood, almost like I was a part of their family. It was a very smooth and comfortable process. What I love most is the fact that even after the surgery, Dr. Casas is there. Any problems that I have had were never dismissed but always corrected. The feeling that I got from Dr. Casas’ and her staff is that they really care about their patients; they treated me with dignity and respect which is greatly appreciated. I was referred to Dr. Casas through a woman from my gym. I had never had anything cosmetically done before, but was extremely interested in improving my skin. My consultation with the doctor left me feeling more knowledgable about my skin, and turned me on to Obagi medical skin care products. I must say at first my skin went through a weird stage, which I was told was normal, and now, 6 weeks later, my skin has NEVER looked better! Dr. Casas had me book a follow up appointment too to see how my skin was reacting, which I thought was very caring, where most docs probably could care less. Now, I'm hooked, and soon will be receiving injections/fillers next week. If you want a plastic surgeon who cares about each individual patient, Dr. Casas is it!

Dr. Casas is amazing, I originally came in for a consultation right after I stopped breast feeding. She looked at me and told me that my body is not ready yet. I was shocked. At that same time, I went to other doctors for consultations and most were ready to cut me right then and there, Dr. was different. She said that I should lose all the weight that I plan on losing and wait at least 6 months post breast feeding in order to recover, because these things affect breast tissue. When I went back when my body was ready. The surgery took place in a HOSPITAL not a clinic. Dr. Casas, also was the only doctor I saw that had a six week pre-surgery regimen, and a lengthy post-surgery care. I love her! Now, three months post-surgery, I have the most amazing natural looking breasts!

After several consultations with plastic surgeons it was very clear that Dr Casas was the best for my breast augmentation. She met with me several times and clearly explained the procedure and thoroughly answered all my questions. It is very obvious in speaking with her that she has exceptional experience and skill. She is very clear and thorough when she takes you on as a patient. She gives detailed instructions on pre and post op (eveything from vitamins, diet, nutrition and even specifics on clothing to wear post op - bras, t-shirts, etc.) I was very impressed with her post op care. Dr Casas and her staff see you quite frequently in couple of months following surgery (2-3 times per week) to make sure everything is on track. Dr Casas called me each day in the 2 days following surgery to check on me. In addition she makes her cell phone and personal e-mail available to her patients. She was very responsive to a question I had over a weekend even though she was out of town at a conference. She is clearly a busy and in demand surgeon yet she somehow makes herself available to her patients. Her work is artistic and it is clear that she is a perfectionist. Her results are very natural. I would highly recommend her for breast augmentation!

Dr Casas was absolutely amazing! Her pre-procedure and post procedure care was beyond what was even expected. I had been referred to Dr. Casas by a friend. My husband and I went in to the consultation with the thought that I was going to need a full tummy tuck. Dr. Casas was so honest and said I did not (I had gone to other consults where I was told I did). My husband really liked Dr. Casas as she was not out to make money doing an unnecessary procedure. I absolutely love Dr. Casas and trust her completely. She really wants to see the best outcome possible. Her post care is unbelievable! I've seen her each week since my procedure. She treats all of her patients, despite how big or small the procedure, with the same level of care and concern. Best decision I've ever made going to her!

After seeing photos of her work and talking with two of her clients, I've decided to do the rhinoplasty, and after our first meeting, I instantly felt a great respect for her. My initial experience was, that she will perfect the look, make everything appear very natural, and will even talk you out of unnecessary procedures. I've been meeting with Dr.Casas few times, showing photos, discussing every angle of my nose, asking countless questions. We were always on the same page on what has to be done, and when I run out of questions, I decided to do it. I was also afraid of the surgery itself, until the day before, when I've emailed Dr. Casas with questions about some medications, and she asked me if I want to call her at home in the evening to talk. That one sentence made such a difference in my approach. Not only that it showed me how much she cares about her patients, but I understood that from now on I'm in her great hands. The next morning I drove to the hospital calm and happy that I made this decision. Dr. Casas, except of being a great surgeon, is a skillful and talented artist. I will be very happy to post my photos here in the next few weeks.
